Our energy audit covers a comprehensive analysis of all items within the pool complex that could be adding to overly high running costs. Our lump sum fee includes a detailed survey of all of the plant and equipment. We then balanced that against our benchmark which is drawn from information in our cost library. This ensures any anomalies are identified. Given that a 25m commercial pool could be consuming energy in excess of £60K p/a (at 2026 prices) the importance of establishing the optimum setting for each item of equipment cannot be overstated. Based on our experience it is not uncommon to establish savings in excess of 10%. In parallel with the above we can also comment on energy costs per kilowatt and the optimum tariff for electricity and gas. Our survey will also identify chemical consumption and providing that the various invoices are available we can comment on those costs from your preferred supplier.
